Hi, I'm Zoë :)

I live in Lymington, Hampshire with my husband, teenage son, and little dog. I have been practicing Ashtanga Yoga since 2009 and teaching Yoga since 2012. I am a Yoga Elder and Yoga Teacher Trainer, but continue to study under my own teacher Matthew Sweeney.

I first trained in Thai Yoga Massage back in 2015 and since then have completed further qualifications including a Level 3 Beauty Therapy course, Indian Head, and more Thai Yoga with Gladwell School of Massage.

I am also a highly experienced dreadlock artist (loctician). I have been working on locs since 2016 and in that time completed courses with Dreadshop and Divine Dreadlocks training, as well as becoming a qualified hairdresser.
